Solar-S - Starter Houseboat

My 200 followers gift to you all. Thanks for sticking with me through my summer-sim-lull (that’s so a word)! I started this houseboat when I came back from my holiday to Croatia and found IP on the doormat but only got round to finishing it today. I uploaded it without the deco flowers around the front door but with the climbing plants on the side. If you do not want to download the CC version I have you can simply replace it with the EA ivy that came with one of the EPs. It’s just a little - a lot - greener :D Happy sailing everyone!

NB: Downloads DO NOT include CC, you have to download it seperately. CC is optional but does affect the building’s appearance, missing pieces of CC will be replaced with base-game items.
