Happy Spring, all! I whipped up this little cafe for a few reasons: a) I’ve been wanting to do a surprise Follower’s Gift for awhile; b) I’ve been itching to do something with the Romantic Garden SP windows; and c) I had a request awhile back for more CC-free community lots. It’s a bit on the fancy side, perfect for spring Sunday brunch with the parents or coffee and croissants with the book club. It also features a lovely sculpture garden and a fountain out back (with benches for sitting and socializing).

As mentioned, there is no CC required, but I did use quite a few items from the following packs: Get to Work, Get Together, Spa Day, Luxury Party, Perfect Patio, Movie Hangout, and Romantic Garden. I also used tables from the Up All Night/Digital Deluxe version of Sims 4. If you don’t have those, I’d recommend using the round table with tablecloth from the base game.

Also note that I put resized wooden awnings along the interior walls because I like how they look in pictures (covering up some of the stark white ceilings), but if they bug you during gameplay, feel free to delete them! :)
